Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your parcel at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
